By taking a subscription to OliverPineda.Dance you agree to use the site in a manner that is fair to everyone. This means but is not limited to not sharing your subscription with others, not viewing multiple windows at the same time and not using screen capture software to take a copy of the video for later use. Detection of any of these issues will cause your subscription to be cancelled. We use monitoring and content analysis software to monitor the behaviour of our subscribers.

Our videos stream over a secure server and cannot be retained on your device after viewing. Using a screen capture device to retain a copy is a breach of copyright. If we detect the use of a screen capture device we will terminate your subscription and no refund will be issued.

No. Sign-ins can only be used by the one person. We have security routines in place to detect fraudulent sign-ins that may suggest an account is being shared. Shared accounts will be terminated and any account payment will be forfeited.

Our video player is designed to work on any known device including Apple and Windows PCs, iPhones and iPads, Android devices and on Hewlett Packard and Blackberry devices. If you experience trouble playing a video on your device please email us. Please note, phones require browser support.

Yes! We welcome subscriptions being purchased as a gift. Simply purchase the subscription in their name. You can edit details from the members "user page" at any time.

Our videos use 128 bit SSL streaming to ensure security, this "handshake" takes a moment. Our player also tests your internet connection and device/operating system each time it connects to ensure you get the right version of our video.
